dear sirs,
A month ago i buy a motorcycle honda tiger 2000 at dealer you. motorcycle i use properly like my motorcycle old ones.
but i don't know why when do i use, suddenly two week ago motorcycle accumulator explode so that sulphuric acid liquid botches a part vehicle component exist in under seat.
am soon bring motorcycle to dealer you to get treatment should. i have believed that your technician has worked well. but i don't know why after almost repairs two week, till now still not yet neat. i several times have asked, but customer service you always answer patient request.
Because motorcycle very i require, i ready to take outside amount of fund in spontanity size appropriate my rights in guarantee agreement. necessary you know that during motor broken, i must rise taxi to go to work place with cost rp 30 thousands per day.
suppose in one repair month still not yet finished, i hope my right to gets to change bew vehicle, such as those which included in guarantee agreement, can be filled.
but i believe this problem can be finished according to well.

We sympathize with you and sorry you experience difficulties. but, we are that regret there is no our road can underwrite to answer to all the time and valuable happen. we shall hope that now you are knowing full fact in this problem is your will take you will demand and accept our liquid. we try to increase our workshop services to not there again complaint likes this. and if you will use our workshop services, we give hope prepares best service for you.
